My love for Great Danes started from a very young age. The first time that I saw Scooby Doo, I knew that I would have a Great Dane some day.  I have been raising Great Danes for over 15 years now and I can't imagine what life would be like without one.  Our danes have been a wonderful addition to our family.   

For many years, when I would go to the shows I watched from the side lines and wished that I could be doing that. I never  thought that it would be possible until I met a very special person that has taught me a lot about showing and a lot about friendship. Kandace Breding of Oakardanes in Utah, is not only my trainer, mentor, partner, but most of all she is a very good friend and I need to give full credit to all that I have learned thus far and hope to continue to learn from her.  With the advice and help from Kandy I am enjoying showing and breeding the best show and companion danes.

    In the past we have been able to produce some very nice Mantle puppies that match up the the Great Dane standards, and now with the last litter we have Sky, a beautiful Harliquin .  We hope that you enjoyed  your visit to our site and that for your next puppy let us DESIGN YOUR DANE!

OAKAR DANES & DESIGN DANES

We have now combined forces with "Oakar Danes" The lady of "Oakar Danes" KANDACE BREDING and myself have put together a partnership. This partnership will be known as "Oakar's Design". We co-own most of the Danes as well as some of the little horses. All co-owned dogs will carry the new name "Oakars Design" All of our dogs are home raised with the family and kids. All are health tested such as O.F.A or Penn-Hip, eye, & heart certifications and above all great temperment is a must. Our breeding program is based on producing Danes with correct conformation, wonderful temperment, health & longivity. Danes that can be long time family members. We are always striving to produce Danes that stand up to the A.K.C. standard. Whether you show or just want a companion, We have the Dane for you.
